Prof. Dr. Rusana Belleri

Prof. Russana Beyleri is a university teacher at the Faculty of Slavic Studies, University of Sofia “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She is fluent in Russian, Albanian and English. Between 2013-2017 she was a Chair of the General, Indo-European and Balkan Linguistics Department. She graduated from Sankt-Petersburg State University, Russia, with a Masters Degree in Albanian language and literature (minor in Russian Language and Literature). She became a Ph.D. at the Albanian Academy of Science, Institute of Language and Literature with her thesis on “Comparative Analysis of the Idioms in Albanian and Bulgarian”. Russana also worked as a journalist, editor and speaker at the Bulgarian National Radio Foreign Language Service, and Albanian Departm
